The term busy has become the status quo of many people. Technology, with the objective of making things easy for us, has taken us for a ride on reverse gear. Coming to work before the scheduled time and staying back late has become the basic norm to create perceptions that one is hardworking and talented. The recession and unavailability of right jobs could also be reasons for this increasing levels of insecurity about their own capabilities at work. If one focuses on being productive rather than being bust most of the concerns are sorted.

Is it that I want to do more work in less time span to satisfy all or do I prioritize and do the most important tasks which are really important for me.

It is a good idea to check your habits and work on it. Do make it a habit to observe how you work rather than what you are working on. This activity will enable you to come up with your own creative and customized technique to be more productive.

The physical and mental health are closely linked to each other. As much as it is important to take care of the physical well being, it is equally important to take care of your mind as well. Taking time out for meditation, spending time with loved ones, eating freshly prepared food and meditation are ways to boost mental health.Though people often blame it on them being busy for not doing so, better do it now than be sorry for the rest of your life.
