Career Guidance has become important as many students are facing a variety of career challenges. These challenges may include (but are not limited to) dealing with redundancy; seeking a new job; changing careers; returning to work after a career break; building new skills; personal and professional development; going for promotion; and setting up a business. The common aim of the career guide, whatever the situation of the individual being guided, is normally to help that individual gain control of their career and, to some extent, their life. Career choice made turns the life of a person by a great measure. Although salaries matter, if you get into a field which you love, you will be happy all your life. On the other hand, if you just work for those extra bucks alone, you have to regret a lot.
